Alright, I really need some advice about losing weight…?

First of all, I know I’m not fat, but I really would like to lose some weight. – for example, I want my legs to be thinner, and etc

I currently weight 125, height 5’4 and wear size 2 in pants

I would like to weigh 113…

I currently exercise about 2-3 hours a day and eat 800-1200 calories a day. I know that amount of calorie intake is rather few, but that’s what I’m doing to try to lose weight.

Problem is, I only manage to lose to 120 and that’s it. How can I lose more?

Please, serious answers.

If you follow these tips you will lose weight.
First of all your body can healthly lose only 2-4 lbs a week. Also i would not reccomend one of those diet books or programs because once you lose the weight you will go back to doing what you did before and gain it all back.
Here is what you need to cut out of your diet or limit.
-sodas they are empty calories and just add fat.
-also juices try to limit 1 cup of o.j. has as much sugar as a can of soda.
-fast food. they provide no nutrients and terrible meals they do have healthly selections at all fast food stores if you pic those you will do much better.
-junk food is also empty calories its ok now and then just don’t over do it.
Here are foods that you can indulge on.
-veggies since they are so healthy for you and provide you with many nutrients the calories in them are meaningless.
-water!! you should drink64oz. a day at first you will pee alot but then you will get used to it.
-when eating meat try to eat chicken because it is the best.
    other tips
    – try to have baked foods not fried.
-eat breakfast and try to have it mostly be complex carbs like oatmeal and wheat bread they will give you energy all throughout the day.
-don’t skip meals when you do your body thinks it is being starved so it will hold in more calories instead of burning them.
you need to buy some weights or go to a gym and work on increasing your muscles. because that will increase you resting metabolic rate which is how many calories you burn while simply doing nothing and you will see weight loss just from that also doing 50-100 squats(5-10min) will help increase muscle in your legs.
running is also a good way to help your overall apperience.
and pilates is a good way to tone your body a simple pilates tape done three times a week along with weights and you will see a difference.

go online and find some healthy meal recipes and use them try to reduce the number of calories you take in daily but not by too much.
    hope this helps you.

and make sure not to over eat try to get no more than2000 calories a day

you need to exercise and diet daily like NO:

    white bread
    energy bars
anything with high fructose corn syrup and particially hydrogenated vegatable oil.
lower your intake of sugar, salt, fat and calorie intake.

You need to do lots of cardio:

    jump rope – really effective
    running hills – effective
    distance – effective
push-ups with sit ups – good
    plyometrics – effective

all these things i have listed are good. and i do all of them. i have made my normal program and then my advanced program. I hope this helps. 🙂

If you don’t drink enough water your body will start to retain water. you must drink 2 to 3 liters a day and avoid also sugar

Why do you want to weigh 113? I am a doctor. In my training i learned that “ideal body weight” for women should be about 100 pounds for the first 5 feet, then 5 pounds an inch. By this, you should weigh 120 pounds. Your body is telling you something by holding on to your current weight. Remember muscle weighs more than fat, so inch for inch, fit people weigh more than fat people.
If you really want to know about nutrition, you should go to This has very good information written by doctors and nutritionist. You will find that it is not healthy for you to take in so few calories.
Sounds like you are at the right weight and should enjoy that.

Drink lots of water – no sugar – no trans fats – and keep the carbohydrates down. There are good carbs – but watch out for the bad ones.

Your current BMI is 21.5 and that is perfectly healthy. It may not be smart to focus on your legs because you could be genetically built that way. It may also be that you are seeking perfection and you ain’t ever going to get that. You sound just fine to me so be happy with the way you are.
