How can you exercise and eat healthy without losing weight?

I’m fifteen years old and weigh 93.33 pounds. I don’t want to lose any weight but I want to be healthy. Also, I want to join the track team. Is there any way possible where I can exercise and eat healthy without losing any weight?

    yes,u should exercise and get enough calories every day!don’t forget to add extra protein to ur diet if u want to build up some muscles while exercising.
    as u already said try to eat healthy.although u might need some sugar to have enough energy for exercising but protein and carbohydrates are also good replacements for sugar.

    The secret to losing weight is exercise and the control of the food you eat. As for you the secret of being healthy with out losing weight is the same: exercise and food control. When you exercise you are actually losing some weight because your body is burning fat. So after each exercise session have a break and make sure you eat so you body gains back what ever it lost. If you exercise more than usual you should keep this in mind.
