I don’t need to or want to lose weight i just want my waist to go in a bit more so are there any exercises i can do to exercise my waist without losing weight elsewhere?

There are things that you can do to change your body shape. Without seeing your and knowing your diet it is difficult to know exactly what to suggest.
A toned behind means different things to different people. Do you want a smaller rear, more muscular, a different shape?
I think one thing that you should consider is to do some dancing. It will help your belly and lower down. Because you have to stay balanced when dancing, you can’t really go wrong with it.
Hula Hoops are still around if they grab you.

It is nonsense that you can’t in any way target parts of your body. This scientist and fitness instructor says so. It isn’t as simple as just exercising the offending area, but it can be done.

I have been training with a friend who wanted to tone up i recommened she use the exercise bike for toning her behind and the rowing machine work’s really great for your waist within 6 week’s she toned 2 inch’s off her waist and her behind had really toned up+ She used the rowing machine for 25 minuts a day 5 day’s a week and the bike 3 day’s a week for 35 minuts
