How do I eat healthy and excersize without losing more weight?

In the past year, I have lost alot of weight. I went from about 153 to 115, and I am happy where I am at, it is a healthy weight for me. But when I try to exercise and eat well I still keep losing weight and I cant stop. I want to keep living healthy but I want to keep my weight where it is at now.

    Eat alot of healty foods and only excersize for 30 minutes each day at the most. Try just talking walks to keep toned. Don’t work as hard as you did when you were trying to loose weight because then you will loose more. That’s how I maintain my weight 🙂
