How do you lose weight without losing muscle and still stay healthy?

I exercise for 1-4 hours a day (gymnastics), i’m a vegetarian and i eat really healthy (for the most part). I am a high school student and i want to lose weight, but be healthy about it.

    You need some protein in your diet. if anything, try drinking some protein shakes. You just mix it with milk or water and it will make up for the fact that you dont eat meat. This will ensure you dont loose the muscle youve worked so hard to gain.

    That’s a lot of exercise! Make sure you are eating a balanced diet. Even if you are a vegetarian, you should intake protein along with whole grains, dairy products, fruits and veggies.
