How can I lose 10 lbs? I am an avid runner, but cant lose the weight around my stomch?

I am 5’6, 130 and my mid section is driving me insane. I am a runner at a D-II university, so of course I know that you have to burn more calories than you consume in order to lose weight, but its so hard. Any suggestions on losing those 10lbs??

    if its one certain area life weights that sort of thing
    if your talking waist then do ab work outs look em up on the internet

    You need to add resistance training. Doing it in circuit fashion like in the Fat X videos is best for fat loss.

    I heard it’s all about not eating after five pm and just doing some ab work as well as cardio, it will be flat as! Just not eating at night should flatten it nicely.

    well as you probably know, you can’t spot reduce so try adding some more resistance/ more intense abdominal workouts

    I had a similar problem, I couldn’t get that last 10 lbs off until I tried one of those many supplements out there. In this case I heard good things about acai berry so i found one that offered a free trial and gave it a shot. Had to pay the shipping, but it was only like 5 bucks. Helped me out and I lost the last 10 lbs in a about a month. Didn’t feel lethargic, hyper, or any of the other things people are worried about with supplements. I actually stopped snoring too!
