How can I loose weight more effectively?

I want to loose weight for dance. Right now I’m 5’2.5″ and I weigh 110 lbs. I want to loose about 10 lbs. I’ve been trying to eat healthier, eat less, and exercise more. I’ve started going to the gym twice a week in addition to the 8 hours of ballet classes I take a week.

At the gym I run a mile on the elliptical (usually in about 10 minutes), run half a mile slower to cool down, bike a mile on one of the stationary bikes (usually in about 5 minutes), do pull ups, and work my back on the roman chair (between 50 and 100 reps). What else can I do at the gym that will burn fat quickly?

I try to eat healthier, and I do good with breakfast, and I eat a small lunch, usually more of a snack than lunch, then when I get home from school, I’ll eat oreos, or ice cream, or other unhealthy chocolate and sugar-y foods. I don’t know how to stop. How can I keep myself from binging on unhealthy foods after I do so well? I feel so guilty afterwards, and I want to go throw it all up, but I can’t do that. I just want to not eat it in the first place, but how?

You’re just fine for your height and weight.

You might want to eat MORE between and after class, more of the healthier stuff, sugar just make you crash. Fruits are the best, bananas, etc.
