300-700 cals a day?how can i loose more weight & why isnt it dropping anymore? ?

ive managed to loose a stone in a month and now eat a bowl of porridge with soya milk and drink coffee and water plus a few snacks like cheese sticks or something like that which rnds up to somewhere between 300-700 cals a day (i think :S). but anyway the weight isnt dropping anymore why is that?has my metabolism slowed down?or is my body trying to store the fat?how can i loose another stone and quickly?can someone tell me the maths about how many cals to a pound etc.
im 15, 5ft2/3 and would like to be a size (UK) 6/8 for january which is healthy for my hieght
please give me as much infomation plus site links as you can
any opinion would be useful thanks x
how long will it take for the “bad ” effects to kick in?

today i stuffed myself n now i feel sick, i had 4 choc bics then dinner which was salmon in chiv pancakes with a mushroom, how many cals was tht?
i get bloated really easily now tho

    Yes, your metabolism has slowed down, and you need to start exercising and eating a healthy diet to start losing again, and get your metabolic rate back up.

You have stopped losing weight because your body has gone into starvation and is storing every single calorie it gets as fat. It will soon start burning up your muscle and organ tissues to provide calories for metabolism, but it will store every thing you eat as fat. This will lead to organ damage and eventual death if you keep it up. VERY POOR WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT.     which by the way, is way too low. you can start damaging your organs. the body isnt made to exist on 500 calories a day !

    the best thing to do is every few days, eat more calories,
    maybe like 1200. You can still eat healthy, just eat more.
    This will confuse your body and you can loose more weight.

    I know someone who every 3rd day ate more and lost a lot of weight.

    You need to eat healthy food, more of it, and exercise to lose weight.

    It sounds like you have thrown your body into the starvation mode which will prevent you from losing any more weight. I am sending you the web address of a site that explains all of it. You need to increase your calories to at least 1200 daily with only 20 to 25 percent of that being fat grams. You want to lose weight in a healthy manner and be able to keep it off.
