How can i loose weight fast without working out?

im going to florida Aug 3 and i want to look good.. im 5’3 and 145 lbs… so i a bit chuncky so i want to loose it before i go.. how can i drop weight fast without working out…

    The only way to lose weight is by excersise such as running if you starve yourself you will drop muscle and store fat as soon as u eat again all that weight will come back.

    you really have to exercise to lose weight like you want. as well as eating healthy

    Stop taking anything that has any calories. That’s the only way though almost impossible to follow unfortunately.

    I lost 35 pounds on the Atkins diet back when it was the cool thing to do. I’m not sure if I would do it today with the knowledge I have today. Walking twice a day will do the trick. Also, Zantrex 3 does wonders. It works fast and does’nt get you all jittery.

    Work on your metabolism! Make sure when you eat, your posture is straight and you’re eating slowly while taking even amounts of breathes. Metabolism helps the way your body forms when you eat.

    You can diet, but the fastest way you are going to see results (and they will be good results) is to exercise. I don’t mean hardcore gym hitting, just go for a walk for 30 minutes 3-5 times a week. Start doing some push-ups, sit-ups and leg exercises to help tone up. And more importantly (and probably more obviously) cut down on junk food and over eating. There is no point on exercising to loose weight if you are only going to eat junk food when you get home.

    It’s ok to eat a little junk food (by that, I mean, check the recommended serving size on the nutritional information and stick to that, and only allow yourself to eat junk once a week).

    Ask yourself “Is eating this junk food really worth it?”. Try drinking a glass of water first, in case you’re thirsty (which is often mistaken for hunger).
    If you’re still hungry, eat some fruit, or low fat yogurt.

    There is no fast way to drop the pounds and if you’re unwilling to work out it will take even longer. You will need to cut an and all sweets, drink only water or a very low cal drink. Going for a 30 or 45 minute walk at least three times a week or more will help. Eat healthy fresh foods, the only sugar you should get is from fruit.
