How can a thirteen year-old lose weight quickly and easily?

Hi. I’m a thirteen year-old overweight kid. I have tried to lose weight before, but it is very difficult for me. I love food. I can’t resist the urges. Can you please tell me an easy way for me to lose weight and keep it off?
