how can you lose weight quickly and easily?

i want to lose a stone to get to the right weight for me but it would be great to lose more.

    It is a possibility to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and comprehend that if you lose weight rapidly then you will almost certainly put it all back on again just as rapidly.     Simple, healthy diet and some hard cardio and toning exercise. Unfortunatly there is no ‘easy way’ to lose weight. If you want to lose it “quickly” start today. COUNT your calories…. dont eat anymore than 1300. And exercise at least an hour.. and that means hard cardio work. This is on top of just staying generaly active. You cant work out an hour then sit and watch tv the rest of the day and expect to lose anything fast. Take the stairs whereever you go… watch tv standing up even doing squats or lunges.. dont just sit down.. Walk around… pick up the house,…just keep busy busy busy.

    There is no quick solution to weight loss 99% of the quick diets that people use most will put it back on over time and more ? I would recommend that you use a dietitian who will recommend what foods to avoid and what to eat to loose the weight there is a well recommended one that we use in our out patients dep

    1. Eat about 6 small complete meals throughout the day (fish, almonds, walnuts, and lean proteins in general, plenty of raw fruits and vegetables, and complex multigrain carbohydrates) spaced out about every 2-3 hours. Consume between 1500-2500 calories a day.
    2. Do NOT starve yourself, do NOT binge eat.
    3. Be as active as you can; nothing to do for 10 minutes? Knockout 10 elevated push-ups.
    4. Eat some spicy foods; take a decent amount of vitamin C, and drink between a half-gallon and a whole gallon of WATER a day.
    5. No more soda. Ever.
    6. If you do drink coffee, drink it black.
    7. Do at least 35 minutes of cardio straight at least once a day, at least three times a week, more if you are not trying to put on muscle.
    8. Do a large amount of full body exercises whenever possible (Jumping Jacks, Pull-ups, Chin ups, dips, squats, hanging leg raises, hanging knee raises, back raises, glute ham raises, burpees)
    9. Get at least 6 hours of sleep a night, but no more then 9.
    10. Avoid anything deep-fried, white bread, sprinkles, and any refined sugar.

    I would recommend a diet high in fruits, veggies, protein and complex carbs. Drink lots of water. I would do 30-45 minute cardio workouts 4-5 times a week along with 2-3 pilates workouts a week. There are some free samples and ideas on the site below too.
