How can I lose weight quickly and prevent from eating junk food?

I’m going to 6th grade this soon and i weigh 108 pounds. i want to lose all that and get to 90 pounds. How long will it take?

I also need help on how can i stop eating junk food when its so good? Whats a good way from preventing myself from not eating junk food?

    108 pounds is perfect, i think. well i heard that if you go three days without junk food then you wont need it.

    Start a food journal.

    Anything that you eat has to be written down in that journal. Just the thought of having to write down the junk food that you are thinking of eating should stop you, right?

    Just make sure you eat healthy. Eat out only about 2 meals a week. Then do lots of sports and exercise!
