Help I need to loose weight for summer!!?

Hi I’m 13 and I think I am over weight. I am healthy and am starting to exercise more often. I am 147 lbs. I want to loose at least 50. Well I don’t know how much to loose but I would like to be 97 lbs…. I am not a slut and I am not trying to look sexy for boys. I just dont want to look bad in a bikini! Do you have any tips or advise for me to loose weight quickly without starving?! Thanks!

    You don’t need to lose 50 pounds, try 20, you’ll be surprise how much that really is. Eat healthy and in portions. Don’t eat when your bored. Exercise is important! Go jogging or, do something active for at least 30 minutes a day. In time, you’ll start losing weight and looking great for summer! Just make sure you don’t over do anything.

    Hey girl, no worries. Everybody experiences this feeling once in a while. I think im to fat kind of feeling. Have a few tips for you (:

    1. Make an effort to walk more. You dont have to do vigorous exercises, walking will help. Alot. Make an effort to walk at least 2km daily. If you’re unable to, just walk more then usual. 😀
    2. Watch what you eat. No doubt, im a fan of junk food. But self control is really important if you want to keep fit. Try not to over-indulge in them. Set a target for yourself. For example, once every 2 weeks, or once every 3 weeks. Set your target yourself, based on what you think. (: Also, eat healthy. That means, veggies and fruits (:
