I need to loose a lot of weight?

I’m 15, about 5ft 6in tall, and I weigh 138 lbs. I can’t stand my weight and overall appearance, I used to be skinny but now I’m chubby and I can’t lose any weight. I would like to weigh about 100 lbs and I need some advice on losing the weight.

I’ve been a lacto-ovo vegetarian (no meat, chicken or fish but I do eat some dairy and eggs) for a few years now, and I’m thinking of going vegan. Do you think doing so would help me to loose weight?

I also need some advice on good exercises to tone my body, because I would much rather be skinny and toned than skinny and flabby. I would rather do exercises on my own instead of playing a team sport, I’ve always been crap at most team sports and would rather save myself the humiliation.. :S I’m going to start walking the family dog a lot more often but that won’t be enough. I’ve always wanted to take up running/jogging but I need advice on how to do that, because I have poor stamina and get out of breath really quickly.

    Eat lots of protein like peanuts or beans and tone up by lifting small weights without getting too muscly. 138 isn’t big it’s really healthy weight for your height since we are the same height. Try not too lose more then ten pounds or u will be underweight. Going veg could be a good idea ONLY if u eat balanced meals with dairy and protein and some vitamins. Drink plenty of milk and try light exercises a few times a week.

But my brain doesn’t know that my stomach is full until twenty minutes after it actually is. As such, I could stuff myself silly before realizing I didn’t need to consume as much as I did. Try eating half of what’s on your plate, wait ten minutes, then continue to eat if you’re still hungry. You never want to feel full – ever. That’s when you know you’ve eaten too much.
