whats the best way to loose weight fopr summer??
i go to the gym 3-4 times a week and enjoy 2 meals a day with snacks inbotween. usually fruit, crisps or biscuits. and the meals include dinner (lunch) and tea.(dinner) of an average size meal. no deserts. Drink squash, water, apple juice (pure).
how can i look a stone, quickly?

6 meals a day!! healthy food!!! lower the carbs a bit!!! Protein,Creatine!!! and shit tons of cardio!!!!! haha

Eat many small meals a day rather than three big meals. Try to do more cardio, and do it daily. When your at home and have nothing to do, try some bodyweight exercises. These can even be done during the commercial. They will contribute immensely. Good luck, and check out my blog for some exercises!
