Whats the best diet to loose weight quickly?

    Eat like this:

    Breakfast: Apple if very hungry 1 tablespoon almond butter
    Lunch: Large salad with 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (braggs) and a zqueeze of lemon.
    Add 1/2 cup beans, white fish the size of your palm, chicken the size of your palm or 1 hardboiled egg or 1 egg white
    Snack: fruit or veggies or salad
    Dinner: Large salad with low fat natural dressing like paul newmans with some protein if desired.

    Drink four cups green tea

    You could probable lose up to 30 to 40 pounds in 2 months
    You’ll also need to do at least 30 minutes cardio daily

    I have written very long pages on various sites of such diet plans, But to recap very basically. You can eat cottage cheese and veggies for breakfast lunch and then have veggies and chicken for dinner.

    I can advise you of this, Don’t go on any extreme diets that tell you to stop eating an entire food group such as dairy.

    I’m sorry i would need alot of personal body info such as height, weight. budget. and a bit more, and without IM’s it would take a very long time if at all.

    hey, you know what? The most inexpensive weight loss thing to do, is to try to burn more calories than you eat, don’t eat unhealthy like a 500 calorie diet! All that will do is make you sick, you NEED to be healthy to lose weight properly. I’m trying to lose weight too! So basically here are some tips to speed up your metabolism: Drink 1-3 glasses of green tea a day
    Try and eat Chili peppers somehow, ((chili)) they help.
    8 classes of water a day

    the more active you are, the faster your metabolism will grow to be.

    Did you know that breathing for an hour burns 60 calories all on its own? And SLEEP is very important, try to go to sleep on time and get your ages average amount of sleep,. ask your doctor what a healthy weight for you is, and then after you have reached that goal do sit ups and crutches – among many other core exercises, Run to slim out, and make sure you burn more calories than you eat – had to repeat that!

    Fruits and veggies are REALLY low in calories and FULL of nutrition. Do you like Tacos? Ditch the hard shell, maybe try a taco salad.. Without the shell of course! Lettuce with meat is good, but PLEASE tries mixing it with turkey and beef so that it isn’t all fat. Chicken salad is good, you want the protein but you don’t want fried anything really, once in a while if fine but remember – YOU HAVE TO BURN OFF THOSE EXTRA CALORIES. Exercises exercise exercise.
