What’s the best way to loose weight fast and easy?

I want to loose weight but exercising a lot everyday isn’t working very good, any suggestions on what to do?

    Try to keep a balanced diet. But dont trust those pills and the disorders, just stay in shape. Just taking a walk can help you stay healthy. Good luck.

    Jumping rope for about an hour each day.. then do 50 sit ups right after, and then take a shower so you can feel fresh. Also dont eat/drink to much junk food (Chips, pop, etc.) But if your hungry EAT!
