butt fat…u have to jog every day like 1 hr maybe tht gets rid of the fat n tones the muscle….u shd try crunches too cuz it puts strain on ur butt muscles, so its a good work out

You would probably get the best results by doing reverse leg lifts. It concentrates a ton of stress and contraction in your butt area. They are pretty easy to do. Just kneel down to your hands and knees (like a baby crawl) Then lift one leg at a time straight back without bending your knee. Do three sets of how ever many you want to start with. Maybe do about 20 lifts per leg for each set. I do these from time to time and they really burn. Good luck.

First, let me start by saying it’s “lose” not “loose”.
Second, I lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks by getting a small trampoline (a mini tramp) and jumping on that twice a day for about 30 minutes each time. It doesn’t sound like much, but I can assure you I lost a LOT of weight!!
Also, cut out all soft drinks, sugar, candy, etc. Drink a lot of water and watch your fat intake. Don’t eat fast food either! I assure you that if you do those things you will lose weight quickly. Be careful, and good luck 🙂
