I’m 6′ 3″ and now around 187 pounds.
So I have been dieting on a low carb, low fat diet that is around like 1600-1800 calories a day for like a week now and I have lost 8 pounds.
1) Is this healthy to loose this much weight so quickly?
I also don’t really have access to a gym, but I have been running for like 30 minutes every other day and I usually do like 250 sit ups before I go to bed and before I wake up. My stomach is getting a bit flatter too. My goal is just to get some defined abs.
2) Is this effective enough, and is there anything else I should be doing?
3) How long do you think it would take to get some good abs? Weeks? Months?
