Excercises to do at home? PLEEASE HELP!?

i really need to loose weight =D
What things can i do at home and for how long?
i do about 50 sit ups and some leg excersises, but i really want to pick up the pase and loose as much as i can really quickly!!

    you could jump rope for about 15 mins at a time, then take a break, and continue to jump rope another 15 mins. Make sure you dont rest too long, or your heart rate will go down and you wont lose any weight.

    Yes skipping is the best option out there! When you jump all of your body moves and so you lose from everywhere! But don’t go straight into doing alot in the first few days as your muscles will start aching! and oh yeah just thought i’d tell you this when i did skipping i got stretch marks…this just shows how quickly you just lose it and don’t worry they weren’t those hideous stretch marks, just faint ones.
