How do i lose weight but not muscle.I gained 2 lb from doing a workout with a dumbbell?

Obviously ill gain muscle so idk why i did that when my goal is to lose weight!Now i weigh 206 at age 16.Not to brag but i don’t even look like im 206 lb!Like wtf i only need a lil more belly fat to burn and ill have a four pack.So whats a good workout for me to do to lose weight?
