I’m 16 and need to gain muscle and loose Weight any ideas?

i’m a 16 year old female, im 163cm tall and weigh 61kg and am quiet stocky. (im mostly all muscle). i want to loose weight and tone my body. i cant afford any fancy diet and am a picky eater.
Im an asthmatic so most exercise i cant do for long.
I live on a farm (105 acres) with one hill, there are plenty of logs lying around. and a dam i can swim in, though i can touch the bottom easily.
i want my butt, thighs, waist and stomach (wouldn’t mind small abs) to tighten (these are my main worries).
Does anyone have any ideas on how i can loose weight, so i look slimmer?
i would like to loose around 12kg, quickly.
any exercise ideas or food ideas would be good.

    Exercising helped me to tone up a lot when I combined it along with taking acai berry. I acknowledge they say that pills don’t work, but they definitely worked for me, and they’ve been featured on the Rachael Ray Show too.     I’m not sure how much sugary/fatty stuff you normally eat, but if you eat it less often and replace that with healthy, nutrient-filled foods it’ll help a lot

    Right its largely about diet. For the week eat 5 days of low caloric diet then 2 days of high caloric diet to lose the weight. Eat 5 times a day every 2 hours 30 minutes you are awake instead of 3 large meals. Eat high protein carb fat diets. You want you meals to consist of about 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fat. Do this and exercise largely. Do swimming as your cardio fitness (breathing) for the lungs and respitary system and sit ups press ups rep crunchs for your muscle building. Then on the weeks after you feel your losing weight do 5 days of high caloric diet and 2 days of low caloric. Keep doing your exercises and avoid fizzy drinks chocolate etc. Eat Vegetables (fresh steamed pref) and Fresh meat reds pref steak etc. Try avoiding eating fatty parts of chickens and eat as much fish as you can. This aint made up shit its a proven body building technique which all proffesionals use to gain muscle and lose weight. Sleep lots. 10-12 hours a day. Give it 2 months and your be in perfect shape.
