Foods have fat calories.
Today’s foods are packaged with
the percentages marked on the
box.
Example: 100 calories.
45 fat calories.
A good rule of thumb is: keep the fat
calories less than 1/3 of the total
calories.
This is good for controlling weight
and cholesterol levels.

don’t measure the fat in calories just measure it in grams and you need around 30-40 gram of fats a day
