How many calories should I have a day if I want to lose fat,but still have energy to exercise?

I’m 5’10,female,and 15 years of age. If I want to increase my exercise, and lose weight, how many calories should I eat? I’m 166lbs,and want to get healthier.

You should take the same calories, although less fat.And more protein and carbohydrate.Be sure to burn them all.

1200 to 1500 calories. Plenty of water and a multivitamin. Spread it out over 3 meals and even a snack or two. It can easily be done. Losing a pound or two a week is good, safe and will probably be kept off once you reach your goal weight. Good luck.

If say you eat 2000 calories a day if you up your exercise then only drop your caloires by about 100 to lose weight safely.

So if you are eating 2000 calories and you are going to do no exercise you need to drop to about 1500

um that’s hard but try to eat viatams, lots of fruit, and yogurt. Eat less food and eat more times a day.
