Well, You need to excercise and eat healthier. No offense, but the american teen group now is almost all overweight, because we. as americans, are too lazy. Get up and move around. Try to cut back calories. Try to eat nutritional things like, bran cereals, skim milks, leaner meats, chicken breasts, fruits and veggies, juice instead of pop, but make sure its juice that is acctually good for you. The V8 acai is really good! You can acctually eat healthy and not starve, its up to you. You have to committ to actaully doing this though. It takes time and it takes patience, But the sooner you start doing it, the sooner the pounds will shed. It doesn’t take much effort to talk about exercising, it’s actually doing it that matters. The quaker rice cakes (chedder) taste really good too. Almost everything has a good taste to it now. Try soups low in sodium if you like soup. Try yogurts…. There are millions of options. Cut the junk to cut the fat. EXCERCISE! Only do what you think you can do at first. Don’t over exert yourself or you will fall flat on your a**. The biggest problem with people losing weight, is that !THEY! make it too hard, not that it’s too hard, but mind set means everything. If you say “I cant do this, I just cant do this” then you wont do it. If you say ” I can and I will do this.” (and actually do it) it will work out for you. It’s all about you!

1. Make a plan. Most teens who want to lose weight do so with a combination of diet and exercise. Losing weight is a simple matter of math. Burning more calories than you take in causes you to lose weight. One plan to lose weight fast is to lower the daily caloric intake to about 1,500 calories while doing cardiovascular exercises such as jogging or walking for an hour each day. Another plan focuses less on exercise and more on proper nutrition. This includes walking for only 20 minutes each day and eating foods totaling about 1,500 calories. Consume lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and include proteins like egg whites or 3 ounces of red meat each day. If your body is used to eating a diet rich in heavy starches, fast food and sugar, eating all natural foods and foods high in proteins will provide you with a quick way to drop pounds.
2. Get at least 1 hour of exercise every day, even if it is just taking a long walk. If your school has a weight room, go there after school and work out. Take up a sport if you wish. This is one of the most important factors in weight loss. If you would like to exercise at home, plan your routine. This should include crunches, jogging in place and push-ups. Focus on the areas you want to be slimmer such as the stomach, hips or buttocks. The more you exercise, the more calories you burn. Teens typically have a lot of energy, so exercising a great deal isn’t really as difficult as it is for adults.
3. Eat healthful foods. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables every day. Consume a healthful lunch at school, such as salads, apples and oranges. Avoid fatty foods such as French fries and pizza. If your school does not offer healthful food, bring your own lunch. To lose weight quickly, limit carbohydrates, like breads and pasta. Limiting your food intake to fresh fruits, vegetables and proteins can give you the energy you need to lose weight without all the bad stuff you don’t need during this quick weight loss plan.
4. Bring a healthful drink with you to school. This might be juice, low fat milk, vitamin water or plain water. Do not drink soda or other sugary drinks, as this will inhibit your weight loss. If you wish, bring a health or weight loss drink to help you.
5. Plan when you will weigh yourself and weigh yourself regularly. If you are combining cardie exercise with a lower calorie diet, you will begin to lose weight immediately. Don’t let the scale be your only guide during your fast weight loss plan, however. Sometimes you gain muscle weight when you exercise.

Reduce Stress -stress also makes it difficult to lose weight. This is probably related to the issue of sleep deprivation contributing to obesity. While we tend to think of sleep and relaxation as the opposite of what we need to lose weight, the fact is we need both activity and rest to be at our best and for our body to burn fat.

Get Some Sleep! -while we all know that you need exercise to lose weight, oddly enough, sleep can also help. Recent research has shown a correlation between sleep deprivation and obesity. Apparently lack of sleep causes an imbalance in the body which inhibits the burning of fat. So if you have sleeping problems, you should address this. Regular exercise can help with this. Avoid caffeine or stimulants beyond the mid-afternoon. Certain herbal teas, such as chamomile and skullcap can also help with sleep.

Walk, run, swim. Count the intake of calories compared to the out put . Curb your appetite by drinking a glass of milk as soon as you get up in the morning. Milk the best liquid form of food. Look at babies so happy on milk Not too fast or you will be a skeleton with strech marks. Good luck.
