I need to lose weight FAST to meet some old friends, do you know any ways how?
I am meeting up with some old friends soon and they are all super model thin. I am not overweight but I could lose some weight, (as fast a possible). Does anyone know a safe way to do this?

Tip1: NEVER diet unless you mean the no chocolate diet.
Diets can make you a bit thinner, but after a few months, you’ll get even fatter, this is because when you diet the body gets less calories, he thinks your gonna starve and when he sees food he’ll eat a lot more, to save you from starvation 😛
Tip2: Cut the sweet drinks, you lose at least 2 pounds per week if you stop drinking sweet drinks.
Tip3: Don’t go to gyms, you’ll end up wasting your money.
Tip4: Take 5 minutes everyday and do 25crunchs or any other belly exercise, You’ll be amazed at how much it’ll help you feel better and it’ll lose a few pounds for you per week.
Tip5: Make a habit of it, 25 crunchs or any other stomach exercise everyday, walk, don’t take the bus, take the stairs not the elevator, these things look small, but together, they are very powerful!
Tip6: CUT LOW ON SWEETS, your brain needs sugar, (lactose) but don’t over do it, 1 chocolate bar/chocolate yogurt/day, not more!
Tip7: Eat more natural yogurts! Look at the yogurt, eat it only if you found the “BIO” label on it, that means it’s natural and good for you!

There isn’t really any healthy way to lose weight fast. If you say they are your friends, then it shouldn’t matter what you look like.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which

most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

– avoid fast food, sweets, fried food and colas
– eat fruits and vegetables more

– dont go for dieting, take balanced diet

girl i know the feeling see im not fat either but im not exactly skinny. u could do something crazy and dont eat or do the right thing and keep off the pounds by staying healthy. but if u really want to ill give u some advice. eat a big breakfast and a smaller lunch and a smaller dinner, never fully get filled if ur still hungry drink lots of water. exercise at least once a day for 30 min and u will see results. there are some supplements you can take to help speed up your metabolism too. im doing it and so far its working. best of luck

My wife lost over 60 pounds last year through eating the right things. She has an extremely bad back and is unable to exercise at all. All of the weight she lost was through proper dieting alone.
I had her feed me according to the same diet and I lost 30 pounds in about 16 weeks, but I also exercised.
My wife did it through a diet center that she paid quite a bit of money to. Of course, she got supplements and stuff through them that I couldn’t get.
