I need to know the fastest and most accurate way to lose weight fast and permanently?

i hear all the time that drinking lots of water help lose weight and my mom said her friend drunk alot of water each day and lost alot of weight but what would be a good way without dieting and starving myself, i woinder if i dance everyday as a hobby will i lose it and does being active help weightloss

    Try to walk more often, jump rope or dance for an hour a day. Just try to squeeze in exercise anywhere you can. Try walking to a friends house, or to school if you can. Or make it a habit to ride your bike to a new place every weekend. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables (they’re healthier for you and will keep you more full for longer).

    First of I want to say that almost all activities will increase your body’s need for calories, with more exercise the body burns more and by definition needs more to stay constant. Should you want to lose weight with more exercise you must be careful in not to eat more calories, but the trick is to stay on the same calorie intake you were on prior to you starting your activities. However there are also methods out there that will help you lose weight with out starving yourself and exercising like a maniac.

    Some say that by changing how you eat, not what you eat, you can loose weight pretty easily, the body is like a super computer that adapts to your every decisions, if you decide to starve yourself, your body will start to slow down metabolism so it will “survive” on fewer calories, leading to less weight loss. in turn when you start eating again, your body is still in “survive” mode and takes all the extra calories and stores them as fat for the next “starving”. So the end result is will not be good. However should you keep your body on its toes and eat right and enough. That way you won’t feel like your starving yourself and you can eat almost anything you want.

    There was a program that me and my wife went on and lost total together around 33 pounds in couple of months. I lost about 19 and she 14 and all we did was changing the way we ate and our body did the rest.

    One thing you should focus on is not doing it to fast because that way your body will have more trouble keeping it off as the body adapts.

    Having a great diet food list or a meal generator to help you with this can be great.
