I need to lose weight fast, any ideas to curb appetite and without joining anything or taking pills.?

i need to lose weight, maybe about 10-15 pounds.
is there any way i can lose it by spring?
i need help with curbing appetite and just losing it!
please help!

    I just bought South Beach Diets, living on the go, nutrient enhanced drink mix. You add that to 16 oz. of your fave bottled water. Water will flush out any excess “crap”.     There is no magic way to lose weight. It takes healthy eating, exercise, and plenty of water.

    Try this:

    1. Eat healthy foods, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean protein (Chicken, turkey, fish, eggs)

    2. Eat 5 to 6 mini meals per day (going no longer than 3 hrs without food)

    3. Don’t consume more than 1200 – 1300 calories per day (keep a food journal – u can find calorie info at http://www.calorie-count.com)

    4. Drink 1 – 2 gallons of water or unsweet green tea per day (No pop – not even diet… it causes you to crave sweets)

    5. Take 3 capsules of Glucomannan – 3 times a day to curb your appetite. It’s a natural fiber that keeps you feeling full (It works even better if you break open the capsules and mix them into something like yogurt)

    6. Exercise (Try to burn 500 calories per day). You have to burn 3,500 calories just to burn off one pound of fat! If you eat healthy & exercise… you WILL lose at least 2 pounds per week!

    you need to find an exercise and eating (notice I didn’t say DIET) plan that works for you;

    You also need to find a strenuous physical activity that you actually enjoy, it might just be walking.

    Pretty soon your friends will be asking you for advice!
