How to fasten my metabolism and lose 2 more kgs of weight?
Okay so I’ve been on a weight loss/exercise program for about 6-9 months now, and have lost 19 kgs (42 lbs) I’m almost at my goal weight (110 lbs) But it seems the extremities of my efforts to lose weight have left me almost unable to lose any more and very prone to gaining the weight back on.

the last bit of weight is usually a bit more difficult, if persistence doesn’t work than maybe changing some things up with your work out or diet, but just small adjustments like adding other workouts or food. and gaining weight is far easier than loosing it.

Well i know that you can increase your metabolism by eating 5 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. Don’t starve yourself, and be sure to eat breakfast- it gets the metabolism started!
