How many calories do I need to consume to lose weight for my specific height?
I’am 4’9 and I weigh 51kilograms I want to lose 7kg only, over a 3 months so I have plenty of time, how can I achieve this (without going to the GYM!!!!) and how many calories do I need to eat for my particular height to lose weight since am short.

It is a real simple formula… but not a quick fix. Calories in should not exceed calories used.
Simply put Eat less. Exercise more. You do not need to go to the gym but some form of exercise is needed.

You are looking for a specific number….there is no such number. In fact dropping fat has little to do with calorie consumption. The fact that you are worried about “calories” and not wanting to “go to the gym” is a clear indicator that you have NO idea what you are doing. You are completely off track if health/leanness is your goal. You will not achieve your goal going down these dead end roads.

Calculate your daily calorie needs here http://www.muscleandstrength.com/tools/bmr-and-daily-calorie-calculator.html and then subtract 500 calories to lose 1lb of fat per week.
Being short does not necessariy mean less calories than someone taller, depends on activity level and lean mass. You don’t have to go to the gym but you must exercise, especially strength training to maintain muscle mass. Also ensure you get an adequate intake of protein, i.e. at least 1g of protein per 1kg of body weight.
