How many calories a day do I need to lose weight?

I’m 19. 132 lbs. I am very active and I work out 4 to 6 days a week. How many calories should I be eating to start losing weight? Right now I’m eating about 1,768 and I don’t feel like I’m starving or depriving myself but I’m afraid that it’s either too many or too less for what I need.

    the cals are ideal to loose weight u should do workout continously and take diet at proper time and if u wanna to reduce fat at stomach use low fat milk and its product

    The calories are fine for you, you work out a lot, so it would be dangerous to lower this further.

    Your weight is probably due to an increase in muscle mass, which is healthy not overweight as in fat.

    Do you want to lose inches or weight> B/c I think your weight is fine remember muscle weighs more on the scales than fat.

    try calorie-count.com you can create a free account then enter your information, after that’s don’t edit and it gives you the option for calorie advice and it can tell you just what you need
