Best way to lose weight quickly?
i have just over 4 weeks to lose as much weight as possible, what’s the fastest way to do this?
And would it be possible to lose 5 pounds in this time? Im 5ft 3 and 8st 3 atm, i lost a lot of weight over the summer but now the weight loss is slowing down, yet i still want to lose more, how can i kick start it again?

Exercise at the gym every day! when you are in your house, run around the house 3 times or more, push ups and sit ups, eat an apple for breakfast! do NOT eat fast food or anything fatning. if you have the urge to, turn away from it. lol hope i helped!
BUT do not take any kind of medicine or whatever. those are very unhealthy for you. do it naturally.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.

your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Start by walking and gradually move up to running. Go onto a vegetarian diet.

Exercise, and cut out carbs! You will need to count carb intake. A quick carb reduction is to eliminate pasta, rice, and bread from your diet.
Eat your biggest meal in the morning.
Do not eat anything past 6. And cut out all deserts that are high in carbs.

get a sauna suit! and exercise in it
its really not healthy at all but that is the quickest way to lose weight
many athletes do it to cut weight
i lost 15lbs in 2 days like that haha
