I’m going to a sleepover and my friends are all so slim so I want to loose a few pounds so I want look TOTALLY Huge. Not like starvation – though I’m open to it (Jokes Dw)

Don’t drink water? 3 days to lose weight is totally unrealistic. The most weight you can lose in fat (in 3 days) would probably be half a pound, and maybe a pound if you eat nothing at all. You lose more weight if you don’t drink water – but of course that’s just water weight, and not fat.

You don’t want to hear that but sorry, you won’t loose weight it 3 days.
there is no way. You could loose your water weight and clean your colon (by going to bathroom a lot and eating little) which might make you appear slimmer, but you won’t loose a few pounds.
You should not care what your girlfriends think about your body. If they are true friends they will be supportive and helpful no matter what you look like. If they are not like that then you probably should hang out with someone who appreciates you the way you are.

Why do you feel compelled to loose weight for you friends, they shouldn’t care if they really are you friends unless its an extreme risk to yourself, and weight loss doens’t happen over 3 days hunny, it just doens;t trust me

Sorry but your not going to lose any weight in 3 days…If you don’t eat anything at all you may lose a pound of two, but even two pounds would not be noticeable…Why don’t you start a diet now, and you’ll be 3 days into your new diet when you go to the sleep over…That will make you feel better, knowing that even though your not as slim as you want to be now (during sleep over) but you are headed in the right direction and you will be much slimmer by the next sleep over, dance, party, etc….Let me tell you I’m one that always fights my weight by dieting, and once the weight starts coming off I feel good (motivated) even though I may not be where I want to be….Don’t go on a strict diet right off. If you do it is easy to give up. Start slow by giving up a couple of things sodas, fried foods, sweets, chips, etc. it will be much easier to stick with the diet, and like I said when your clothes start feeling looser you’ll be motivated to become stricter on your diet…good look, and have fun at the sleep over

Plan ahead
Plan ahead to ensure the right foods are available at the right time. Think about breakfast, lunch, healthy snacks and an evening meal. Have some ready meals in the fridge (serve with extra veg) for those emergency moments. Planning can take extra time and effort, but it will soon become a habit that will really make a difference.
