What is the best way to lose weight quickly?
I am 6feet tall, and currently weigh 15stone which is not a healthy BMI.
In the past 6 weeks I have lost a stone by eating more healthilly, and cutting out all sugary snacks.
Now I can’t seem to lose anymore weight!
I need to know the minimum calories I need a day as I think I may not be eating enough. Also whats the best way to exercise, how long for and should I leave days out in between exercise.

The beauty of cardio is that you dont really need any days off.I used to do five days then a day or too off.It worked for me.

You have hit a peak….slightly alter your eating habits. SLIGHTLY. Stay away from the sweets and processed sugars and increase your water intake.
By altering your eating habits I mean if you have been avoinding red meat, eat a little or if you have been eating no fruits eat some. This will fool your bodies natural inclination to retain fat (It does this when you restrict your intake of certain or all foods in response to what it feels is a starvation situation)

take diet pills (fat matabolizer) and do 100 sit ups every morning and night …
then try and consume under 1000 or 800 cals a day
sounds crazy but thats how u do it fast
OR
i did this water diet thing were u make sure u drink 2 littres of water at least ! a day try carying around a big 2 litre water bottle or something in ur bag or something … u can eat just the same
i did it and lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks :]x

There is this awesome site that shows you how many calories is in every type of food including fast food, resturants-everything! There are also calculators that shows you how many calories you should consume according to your height, weight and age. It’s called caloriesperhour.com. This might help with the eating part.
Drinking lots of water helped me. Cardio for at least 30 minutes if you can every day otherwise most days. Couple that with a few days of weight training and you will lose the weight. You just have to stay committed. It works.

If you are over 30 years of age, try this:
– Breakfast. All the fruit you want, with tea or coffee or natural fruit juice.
– Lunch. All the meat you want, preferably not red. With salad or cooked vegetables.One beer or one glass of wine or soft drink, regular or light. Soups OK except for creams.
– Dinner. All the pasta you want, all the bread you want. Sandwiches OK. Cream soups OK. Beer OK, wine OK.
It is all a matter of fuelling your body in accordance with its needs and its capacity to process the food intake. This method works only for persons 30 or older. (something to do with metabolism). Heard it from a doctor.

The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did….lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won’t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don’t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i’m going pretty well if i don’t say myself. 90 LBS isn’t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice.
