How many calories should i eat to lose weight quickly?
I am 5 ft and weigh 115-116 pounds (8.3/4 stone), i have always wanted to be thin and i have just had enough of my weight i can’t stop thinking about it and i feel so insecure all the time. I currently eat 1000 calories a day but i want to know how many I should eat to drastically lose weight – i don’t care about my health or being hungry. I would like to weigh around 90 pounds. Calories is a large subject when it comes to weight loss. We need to understand 3 things: the amount of calories in our food, the amount of calories a certain physical action expends each hour, and finally our own personal daily allowance of calories. The only thing which really worked for me is wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a few free trials remaining, it has been reported in Reader’s Digest and CNN. I worked off twenty pounds, it really does produce results!

You need to change the way you think! Not caring about your health is no good. Being skinny is one thing but if you start starving yourself you will only damage yourself and then you won’t enjoy being skinny.
According to a BMI calculator you are now in normal range so in order to lose weight you need to up your calorie intake.
You cannot lose weight by starving yourself (or using a low calorie diet) because your metabolism will detect any major drop in calories and it will then adjust itself by burning fewer calories each day.
Eat healthy, 2500 calories per day, eat 6 small meals everyday, don’t eat after 7pm and don’t snack between meals.
