does anybody know any good diets i really want to lose weight quickly!!?
ik losing weight quickly isn’t the best way to loose it but ive done it befoe and lost 50lbs in about 4 months and i really want to lose 30lbs in two months but i need a diet that works quickly but ik i wont gain the weight back so please just give me a good diet and not a speach on how losing wieght quickly is unhealthy!!!

Okay, you actually need to eat MORE not less. Healthy more i mean. Breakfast then snack. lunch, then snack. dinner, then snack. but not unhealthy snacks and stuff. and start working out every other day. by eating more healthy food, it boosts your metabolism, and then you can easily lose it. hope i helped:)
