Whats the best exercise and food for losing weight?

I want to lose weight on my belly and my theighs, so what is the best exercise to do this?

Also, what are the best sorts of foods to eat to lose weight?

    Run
    – you burn many calories, (especially if you add hills and sprints)
    – A 145-lb person can burn 300 (at 5.2 mph) in 30 minutes.

    Bike
    – 250-500 calories in 30 minutes, depending on how fast you go and how high your resistance is.
    – you use all the power in your legs for this too 🙂

    Swimming
    – you use your whole body
    – 30 minutes doing breast-stroke and can burn almost 400 calories.

    Step Aerobics
    – Step is one tough workout that targets your legs, butt and hips while burning almost 400 calories in 30 minutes

    Walking
    – 180 calories in 30 minutes. Adding hills, sprints or even a few minutes of jogging can increase the amount of calories you burn.
    – walk briskly
    – keep you head up, back straight and swing your arms.

    Soup is a good food – as it’s low in calories, and fills you! 🙂

    to keep your body burning calories, it’s also recommended to have 6 small meals a day – this would result in losing weight (provided your six meals weren’t each 500 calories or something)

    I’d suggest for foods…
    – Fruit
    – Vegetables
    – Wholegrain foods (muesli, oatmeal, wholemeal pasta, etc)
    – Baked potato
    – Boiled brown rice
    – Fresh fish

    mainly as they’re natural, and low in things like sugar, calories, fat etc and dense food naturally!
