What is the best exercise to lose belly fat?

After having kids and not exercising enough I’ve accumulated alot of belly fat in the past few years. I’m done with taking these pills that make my heart race and I’ve tried situps, crunches and ab rollers. What is actually the best exercise to lose belly fat fast?

    I think the speed of loosing of fat depend on your age, the younger you are the better metabolism you have, the faster the fat will loose.
    Some exercise, especially abdominal exercise like situps and its variance, will get rid off your fat. Of course you have to have determination and discipline, and increase the repetition as long as you can endure the counts.

    The older you are, the fat seems more attached to your body, and need other kind of effort to trow it, such as diet or chemical (yaiks!).
