I’m soon going to be taking dance class and I’d be more comfortable if I lost some weight first. What’s the best way of losing weight fast?

    For me running is the best way to lose weight as it gets your heart rate up and if you do enough it eventually conditions your body into burning fat (instead of carbs) as its primary fuel source.

    Swimming, cycling or walking or any exercise really will help you lose weight but running takes the biggest effort for the same amount of time as doing any other exercise & therefore will lose you the most weight.

    Try running 3 to 4 times a week for 30 to 40 mins at a time, and increase it by around 10% per week & you’ll eventually get your body to burn fat – once you’ve reached this stage the fat will really start dropping off you, leaving you looking slim, toned & well conditioned.

    Stay away from sweetened bottle drinks, especially sodas. Hey all those colas and fizzy drinks are sweetened with sugar and sugar means calories. The more you can cut out on these sweetened bottle drinks, the better for you. So if you must drink sodas, then stick to diet sodas.

    Try to stick to black tea/coffee. Black tea or coffee can actually be good for you. But personally I would like to recommend tea rather than coffee. The caffeine in the coffee is not really good for you because it is an alkaloid and can affect other functions of your body like the metabolism.
