    In short? You can’t. The ONLY way, to effectively lose weight is to combine a healthy reduced calorie diet and daily vigorous exercise. The problem is, if you look in the diet and fitness section on YA, it’s full of questions like yours, people wanting to lose weight but not wanting to actively do anything (exercise and dieting) about it

    There is no easy way unfortunately. But it is possible to lose weight just by eating a healthy sensible diet and exercising on a regular basis. The two work perfection together.

    I know this works. I managed to lose 48lbs in just over 6 months. This was 2 years ago. The challenge is in keeping the weight off once you have lost it. This can only be done by making the right choice in foods and taking regular exercise.

    If you have enough money you can have a diet delivered to your door daily…you eat what is delivered and you loose the weight. Bit like meals on wheels for dieters. I read about it in ZEST magazine.

    Or you could do lighter life, except you can’t eat on that one, so I guess it wouldn’t count.
