What exercises can i do to lose weight after having a disc removed from my back 8 months ago?
i’m 18 and i had a ruptured disc removed at L-4 L-5 about 8 months ago. i have gained some weight and i’ve lost alot of my strength because of it. what exercises are safe for my back that will help me lose some weight and build my strength back up?
