How is the fastest way to lose weight with out doing anything?

I want to lose as much weight as possible without paying any money for a diet plan or gym membership. I just want to lose all of my extra weight with out doing anything. What should i do?

    Losing weight without doing anything is Not possible. You have to eat healthy and get regular exercise to lose weight.

    Do not eat … or simply eat low fat food …. but in small quantities … usually the key of losing weight is exercises ,,, but as long as you dont wanna move your ass from the front of the screen, I suggest you follow a special diet with healthy nutriments with low-fat/low-sugar

    3. drinks heaps of water atleast 2 litres a day
    4. keep thinking to yourself you’ll loose weight
    5. you can weigh yourself at the end of each day to monitor weight loss

    There are several ways to lose weight without paying money. Healthy Eating, Exercising and drinking plenty of water. You may not have to pay any money using these methods, but you will have to put forth to effort to get results.

    For instance, me and my family were sitting down and watching a movie last night, and the phone rang and my mom got up and got it so we had to pause the movie, and so i decided to walk around my house and just get excercise instead of just sitting there.

    Most people seem to confuse a healthy diet with a slimming diet. Once you reach your ideal then I am sure I would not be alone in recommending that you take exercise and eat healthily.

    BODY TYPE
    The single biggest factor here is your somatotype score. Sheldon’s original study applied only to men and used a scatter diagram to plot the results of many precise measurements of your body based on three extreme characteristics — ectomorph (117), mesomorph (171) and endomorph (711). A perfectly balanced score would be 444. It was declared impossible to score 711, 171 or 117. So, for example, you would find it impossible to become muscle-bound or fat if you scored 226.

    You cannot change your somatotype after puberty. Sheldon was not allowed to develop his work to include women, but he suggested that they would have at least two more body type characteristics — five extreme types as opposed to the men’s three.

    “BINGE” OR “CRASH” EXERCISE IS REALLY BAD
    If you binge exercise (exercise then stop) you will be in a far worse position that you are now.

    Try not to do the wrong exercises (this advice is so important that I cannot stress it enough). Often people start jogging, or join a gym to lose weight — they then do exercises that build muscles, increase strength or endurance, which is not helping you achieve the original goal, and which — when stopped — can ruin your body for life.

    They do this because of the media messages, adverts for gyms and sport equipment, and the shorthand conditioning we have programmed into our brains — we study so we act like Pavlov’s dog and respond obediently and reflexively because we are too busy to study, research and think it through.

    But if you did use your brain muscle first to think it through, you would quickly realise that the amount of effort required to exercise off a bar of chocolate illustrates how little exercise plays in weight loss.

    HOW TO EXERCISE
    I would suggest that, for health, you exercise enough to maintain your lifestyle (whatever that is). Exercise is for life. The rest of your life. Stopping is the worset thing you can do, so do not be too ambitious. A little varied exercise is good — some stretching, a little aerobic for puff, walk more and take the stairs for toning. Playing a game or sport is about the most you ought to do, and as it is social you are more likely to be able to keep it up. No marathons!

    Gyms are for athletes in the same way that desks are for office workers. Unless your job and lifestyle requires a high degree of activity, endurance or strength, please avoid gyms and jogging round the streets.

    HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT
    Anyway, to answer your question. You lose weight by using a slimming diet. Almost any one will do. Pick one that suits you. The rate of loss will depend on your body type (see above).

    In general the “best” slimming diets take the longest time. They work because they take the time to retrain your mind and body, to erase the old (bad) habits, and re-educate you to better portion sizes, tastes and so forth. The more endomorphic you are the more important this is.

    HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE
    This would be a crash diet, so the thing you have to watch out for is the so-called “yo-yo effect” where you put it all back on (and more) when your crash diet stops. The “yo-yo effect” is worsened by crash exercising (obviously).

    Lighter Life is a crash diet that asks you to stop eating solid food — you buy special drinks from them, but it is expensive (although you save on not buying food). Other diets are costly, but I might have an answer for you.

    MORE EFFECTIVE THAN ANOREXIA AND BULIMIA
    The hands-down best crash diet is actually four diets — or four stages of diet — called the “Atkins”. Stage One is to eradicate all carbohydrates from your system and go into a state of ketosis. This is about a week long but is the most famous bit (most people seem to think that this stage is the entire Atkins diet).

    This first stage is unhealthy and imbalanced according to Atkins himself. However it is necessary. It is also quicker than not eating at all, so “Stage One Atkins” is better (and healthier) than anorexia and bulimia!

    The next step is to add carbs back in — very slowly. You keep taking readings and you will find the amount of carbs for your particular body that maintains weight (the point where you stop losing weight).

    The third stage is to keep adding carbs into your food until you can discover the exact amount that triggers weight gain for you (and you alone). You will now know exactly the amount of carbs for losing weight and for gaining weight — and this puts you in control.

    The last phase is “Atkins for life”, where you devise a diet for yourself that maintains your ideal weight. It is highly scientific (uses urine testing strips, loads of multi-vitamins, and demands that you do special exercises), and cannot fail. It is however, extremely difficult to do!

    In general Atkins’s 4 diet stages are for people at death’s door due to obesity, or for curing anorexia and bulimia.

    BAD ATKINS
    For everyone else, a bastardised version seems to be the favoured route for crash dieters. I would reckon this is THE DIET YOU WANT — it costs nothing and you do not have to do anything other than eat certain foods.

    In this crash diet, you try to get into ketosis by removing all carbs from your diet, and the weight falls off. When you reach your goal weight, you stop doing the diet and hope that you do not yo-yo back due to binge carbing!

    Without repeating media myths, and without judgement, the answer to your question is to find a crash diet, possibly a bad version of Atkins.

    Another way would be to weigh yourself twice a day and use a spreadsheet on the computer to plot your weight loss. Noting what you eat in the day is valuable data, and you will soon learn what not to eat, and a graph or bar chart can be so encouraging. This is a serious diet commitment because it cannot fail. If your chart goes up, you have to immediately compensate to get back on track. You are not waiting a week to find out at the slimming club that there has been a problem. It pins weight gain to what you ate that day, so you will learn what works for you.

    Also, try and make small changes to cut down calorie intake-dont’ eat when your not hungry, cut back on high calorie drinks, watch ur portions..
