How do I lose weight fast without dieting?

I want to lose weight,but do not want to go on a diet, please tell me how and thank you. But I don’t want to go to a gym and spend to much, anything I can do around the house?

PS I’m not that fat, just have a lot of jelly in my belly 🙂

    Cleaning, going for walks/runs/jogs… It’s not that hard to find activity. Do something you actually enjoy. For many people, dancing is a great option– it’s fun and doesn’t *feel* like work.
    On the other hand, be aware of what you eat. Don’t let extra activity cause you to eat more or it screws up the balance of “burn more than you consume”.
    You can’t lose weight fast unless you take extreme measures, and it rarely lasts that way.
    Take your time adding more exercise to your daily life in a way that it’s fun, opposed to making it a “ugh, I need to bike 3 miles to burn off that lunch I just ate” sort of thing.

    Um hate to break it to ya but theres no easy way to lose weight, if you want to you have to change your eating habits and exercise, yea it sucks but thats life. You cant magically drop pounds if there was something that did that no one would be fat.

The most significant change in my life is the amount of energy I now have and the way my clothes fit loosely. Everyone close to me and people I haven’t seen in a while are amazed and tell me that I look really good. This is a life changing experience for me although at first I was skeptical about the weight loss plan.

    Our own metabolism system play a vital part in controlling the amount of body fat burned in the process of providing energy to the body. Knowledge about our own metabolism function is the mother to all weight loss programs. With the knowledge you not only reduce your weight but able to maintain an ideal weight and living a healthy life. Best of all you can eat what you most enjoyed without gaining any weight.     There is no “fast easy” safe way to lose weight. As for exercises
    Do stomach crunches every day (about 100) then six inches (ie keep your legs six inches off the ground for 10 seconds at a time) do about 25 of these a day
    for your delts and quads -do about 30-50 squats a day holding each squat for about 30 seconds

    there is only one way to lose weight. you need to eat less and exercise more. eat healthy foods. drink plenty of water. walk, run, jog, dance, bike, swim, anything that gets you moving. no junk food. no fast food. eat a good breakfast, and include some protein with it. don’t eat anything after 7:00 pm. at restaurants put half of your meal in a container to take home for the next day before you start to eat.
