How can i lose weight fast but without dieting?

I want to lose weight fast but I don’t wana get on a diet. Does anyone have any tips?

    You shouldn’t diet…the key to losing weight and keeping it off is to eat right and exercise (make a lifestyle change)…not a temporary “diet”…

    You lose weight when you consume fewer calories a day than you burn…never go below 1200 cals/day w/o a doc’s supervision…otherwise, eat sensibly, eat frequently, and exercise at least 5 days a week (shoot for an hour a day)…

    When you say that you do not want to go on a diet what exactly do you mean? You either want to lose weight weight or you do not want to.

    Calorie counting is good. Less in than goes out will lose the weight. Just do not do extremes. Balanced healthy and interesting keeps you on the right track Keeping up the exercise is great too.
