How can i lose weight fast without taking anything ???

I hate my body i get picked on all the time that im fat someone plz tell me how i can lose weight asap

    Find a sport you love, drink lots of water and cut your meals in half. Say serve yourself the normal amount you would but only eat half.

    Fat: 10 percent of 1500 calorie per day = 150 calories.
    Complex Carbohydrates: 40 percent of 1500 calories per day = 450 calories.
    Proteins: 50 percent of 1500 calories per day = 750 calories.

    3.Need to reduce weight only.

    Fat: 25 percent of 1500 calorie per day = 375 calories.
    Complex Carbohydrates: 25 percent of 1500 calories per day = 375 calories.
    Proteins: 50 percent of 1500 calories per day = 750 calories.

    4.Need to increase muscles bulk, but still reduce weight.

    Fat: 10 percent of 1500 calorie per day = 150 calories.
    Complex Carbohydrates: 15 percent of 1500 calories per day = 225 calories.
    Proteins: 75 percent of 1500 calories per day = 1125 calories.
    Exercise the muscles you want to develop, you can find right exercise on line, recommend use of light weights.

    Foot note: To take fat is so important, while reducing even fat, that it is included in all cases.     Cycling is good exercise and fun too.

    You need to adjust the seat so that when you paddle from seating position you will actually stretch your legs, it is a difficult position but doable. For safety you need to be on track and not in traffic, safety first.

    The FEW things I did at least helped me.


    Not just playing in water, but serious laps type swimming, do not try to beat the clock but steady full strokes swimming. Remember slow and steady wins the race.

    Stretching exercises on floor.

    Full stretch type.

    Swinging from a rope.

    Full stretch climbing.

    In other words do things that require stretching.

    This takes a lot of will power. The best and healthiest way is to burn more calories than you eat! It is really that simple. Watch your fat intake and avoid sugars. Try splenda instead. There is an awesome computer program called DietPower. I lost over 60 lbs in 8 months. You keep track of what you eat and what you do for exercise. Keep your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes (all at once!) every day. Stay active. The first week is horrible, but as long as you don’t give in, it will get easier and become a way of life and not a diet.

    Do not skip meals! If you eat 3-5 small portioned meals that include high amounts of protein your body will be able to burn fat more quickly. If you skip meals your body thinks it is starving and will MAKE MORE FAT!

    Hey, first of all make a dedication and do whats right for your body. Eat lean foods – not a lot of fried food, fats, soda, candy, starches . And of course be light on alcohol and don’t eat late. Bake the meat in the over its very tasty. Find what works for you and find something u like that is sweet or sour whichever u prefer w/ not a lot of calories and reward urself in moderation for staying on a routine. Its not hard once u start. Drink lots of water and workout at least 3 times a week doing at least 30 – 60 min of cardio and weights on a regular. Dont fee pressured choose whats comfortable for you. Stay exercising by doing lots of different things – biking, volleyball, walking, get outta the gym to stay motivate. Watch exercise tv in ur living room.

    For all you pple who said starve and don’t eat!!If you do that you actually gain weight!!You will feel dizzy and elated for awhile – almost high – but not in a good way, you will lose your period and your bones become weak. Eventually you will destroy your metabolism, and become extremely moody. If it gets really bad, you will die.Also Your metabolism slows waaaaaay down unnless you excercise like mad. Eventually your body runs out of fat to burn and start to burn muscle. Your organs will start to shut off and you’ll have a slow and rather painful death. You will hallucinate and could develop a lot of quite serious mental health issues. And to anyone out there who wants to starve themselves to lose weight, forget about it. If you don’t do excessive excercise you’re gonna just pile on the pounds anytime you even smell a burger. So don’t starve yourself!!Just diet and excercise!!I know how ya feel I get picked on abot my weight too!!I’ve lost 16 pounds already!!!!
