start bike riding … ride like a few miles a day for a week. then increase by 50% every week, 5 – 6/days week. get rid of fatty foods and red meat, eat fish and chicken breast, fruits and vegetables. drink plenty of water. the pounds will fly.

diet and exercise. honestly if you want to drop weight quick – become vegetarian. Mix being vegetarian in with a healthy diet – and you’ll possibly lose 10 pounds in the month. Mix that with a workout routine.. i suggest finding full P90X videos on youtube and doing them everyday, and you are set. 🙂 You really will be surprised with your results.
