Will eating like this help me lose weight fast?

If I at oatmeal for breakfast with mayb an apple midmorning and then diet soup for lunch with plain slad and carrot….then for dinner fish or chiken with no skin and steamed vegetables….will that get much weight off and how fast? I have 28 pounds to lose and need it gone by June.
I walk around two to four miles daily…also what tps can you give me if I feel hungry? what can I eat in an emergency of getting the munchies?

    ok, thats a very healthy diet lol. you can try the ipod touch/iphone app called lose it. it helps majorly. also…in case of emergency munchies, there are certain foods with negative calories because you burn more chewing it then it actually contains (such as celery) 🙂
