    An anti-yeast diet recommended by the health food store lady. I have lost 10 pounds this year and have more too lose.

    I would recommend the Protein Power diet, unless you have been diagnosed as having a yeast infestation (candida).

    Don’t eat after 6pm. Everyone I know who tried this diet lost about 8-10 pounds in 2 weeks. To keep the weight off, just try not to eat too much after 6pm.

    I did Atkins because it is an easy diet for me. I can avoid carbs. I lost 15 pounds, but then my son’s father sued me and I gained it all back plus 5 pounds.

    Now I am doing it for a second time and I’ve lost 10 pounds which has net out to a five pound loss. I haven’t exercised other than walking occasionally due to time constraints.

    I bought fiber choice which helps with fiber and is something tasty to pop in my mouth when I want to avoid eating.

    Also I am trying to find other pleasurable things to do to take the place of eating when something bad happens so that next time I won’t ruin what I worked so hard to achieve.

    Raw foods diet Lost 16lbs really fast But the catch is if you eat cooked food its hard to go back on raw food. Ive been trying to go back 100 % raw for a while its really hard. I would like to loose even more weight.
