    1. Follow a low carb and low fat diet:
    – 6 meals per day
    – Include lots of fruits, salad, etc
    – You can eat 1 time per week junk food
    2. Start working out. 3 days gym/week is fine:
    – Follow a muscle gaining program on the gym which means that you have to lift pretty heavy weight
    in a schedule including 4 sets of 6-8 repetitions
    3. Start an aerobic program (running, swimming, soccer, etc)
    – 3 times per week is great.
