Eating before morning run or what.. for muscle growth and body fat loss!?

im 17 years old, athletic quite muscular, but i want to get more muscle growth and less body fat so that abs come out
so 4-5 times a week i go running in the morning 15mins after waking up, should i eat something before ?
atm i have a small whey protein shake.. please help thanks

    go go a run on an empty stomach first thing in the morning

    For maximum fat loss you shouldn’t eat before your run. Once your body starts to break down food into glucose, you start using it rather than your slower burning fat reserves.

    For lifting weights, a small snack before hand may provide you with increased endurance and lifting capacity.
